HOT Heat smoked Lobster
Hand cut and shaped by hand then finished using traditional skills of embossing and planishing to achieve the textured look and feel. The finish to the lobster is created using a flame heating technique to create a rainbow of Iridescent colours.
 
Heat smoked lobster will vary  in pattern shape and finishing, each one is unique.
Crafted from repurposed aluminium cans.
